Our Approach

  • Our menus ebb and flow with the seasons, driven by what’s growing in our backyard. Our dishes are a direct reflection of our environment, carefully prepared to nourish and satisfy. To dine with us is to experience food that's rooted in integrity, sourced with intention, and served with a sense of place.

  • We grow a portion of what we serve right here on the farm, using organic practices without synthetic inputs and raising our animals with respect for their natural behaviors. What we don't produce ourselves, we source with the same careful intention, partnering with a close-knit network of local farmers, foragers, and producers who share our values.

  • Our refrigerators and pantry are always stocked with a variety of kid-friendly options to ensure your family is well nourished during your stay. Please let us know if there are specific items that would make your visit extra special.

  • All meals are included in your overnight stay. Each experience is tailored to your specific preferences and dietary needs.

    Breakfast: 
    Continental style. Think farm fresh eggs, homemade granola, yogurt, seasonal fruits, and homemade jams. 

    Lunch:
    Comforting soups, warm sandwiches, and seasonal salads to be enjoyed inside or out.

    Dinner:
    Family style. Imagine hearth-roasted chicken, wild mushroom risotto. End the meal with a homemade sweet treat.

    In-Between Bites:
    There’s plenty to graze on. We’ll greet you with a welcome bite upon arrival. If you get peckish between lunch and dinner, our chef can prepare a fresh snack upon request. Tea & coffee are available all day.
