Overnight Stays
Booking & Cancellation Policy
• A deposit equal to one night’s stay (or 50% for stays longer than 2 nights) is required at the time of booking.
• A valid credit card authorization is required to confirm your reservation.
• Private Stay bookings are intended for personal use only. Guests may not publicly promote or sell tickets to a Private Stay booking without prior written approval from Bloom Farm. T
Cancellation Timeline
• Cancel with full refund within 48 hours of booking
• Cancel with 50% refund of the total booking amount until 7 days before arrival and none thereafter (i.e. deposit becomes non-refundable after 48 hours)
Payment Schedule
• If you book within 7 days of arrival, the full cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.
• For all other reservations, the remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to check-in.
Check In/Out
• Check in is at 3pm.
• Check out is at 11am.
• Early Check In and Late Check Out options are available to our guests for an additional fee. If you plan to utilize either of those upgrades to your stay, please let our staff know the approximate time you'd like to check in or out.
General Meal Times
•Continental Breakfast is usually served between 8am and 10am.
•Picnic Lunch is usually served between 12pm and 1pm.
•Farm-to-table Dinner is usually served around 6pm.
•We can accommodate specific meal times within reason upon request.
Private Events
Booking & Cancellation Policy
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Initial deposit is non refundable.
• A valid credit card authorization is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Timeline
• If the event is cancelled within 20 days of the scheduled date, the full cost (as indicated on the event order) will be charged.
Payment Schedule
• The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the event.
Event End Time:
• Should you wish to extend the contracted time, a fee of no less than $500 per half hour will be billed.
Time extensions are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the manager on duty.
Valet Service:
• Valet service will be required when the quantity of cars has exceeded 6 vehicles. Quantity of
attendees will determine valet attendants and fees.
Seating Arrangements:
• Bloom Farm will make every effort to accommodate your seating/table layout requests. If specific seat assignments are requested, kindly provide them no later than 2 days prior to your event.
All Bookings
Liability Waiver
• Prior to arrival, all guests of Bloom Farm must sign the liability waiver linked here
Guest Conduct
• Bloom Farm reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, other guests, animals, or the property.
Pets
• Pets are not permitted.
Children
• We are happy to accommodate children. For any guests under 18 years old, please specify their ages at the time of booking.
• We are unable to provide cribs.
Smoking
• No smoking on premises
Fire Safety
• Guests may not burn candles or incense on the premises, inside or outside.
• Guests may not build fires
Guaranteed Guest Count:
• The final guaranteed guest count is due by 5:00pm two weeks prior to your event date. If no adjustments are made, the guest count on the contract will be used.
Administrative Fee:
• 10% of the subtotal will be added to the total bill as an administrative fee which is used to offset the operations costs associated with your booking.
Force Majeure:
Each party's performance shall be excused during the period of any "condition of force majeure". The term "condition of force majeure" shall mean an unforeseeable event which is beyond the control of the parties and that makes it impossible or illegal for such a party to perform its obligations hereunder (ie: such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, explosion, acts of God, acts of any government or agency thereof, judicial action, strike, or lockout of a collective bargaining unit or civil or labor disturbance). In no event shall any weather related condition causing transportation difficulties be considered a condition of force majeure. An event cancelled due to a condition of force majeure shall be rescheduled, if at all possible, as soon as practical, once the period of any condition of force majeure has passed.
