Join sommelier Daniel Solway and Chef Alessandra Bonafide of Team Santé for a special weekend at Bloom Farm in the Oley Valley. We will be providing a customized weekend itinerary of events meant to harness the beautiful bounty of the farm, and enrich your understanding of the intersection of food, beverage, farming, and community.

Your farmhouse stay includes all meals, accommodations, and activities—see below for more details and how to book your experience.

Dinner Only Option: A Friday night Santé Farm Dinner is also available for $175 per guest for those unable to attend the entire weekend’s events.

  • Daniel Solway

    Daniel is a certified sommelier, Sommsation member, and owner of Santé, a hospitality business specializing in events, wine tastings, catering, and education. Since 2020 Santé has collaborated with chefs, businesses, and artisans to offer an energized and accessible viewpoint into food and beverage.

    Daniel has worked in wine sales, retail, production, and distribution. Daniel has worked on vineyards in Austria, France, and Germany with producers such as Gut Oggau, Wasenhaus, and Michel Roucort. He has worked the floor of many reputable bars and restaurants including Lord’s, Oxalis, The Finch, and June. Daniel along with longtime collaborator Jay Rodriguez from Hera did two summer residency’s at La Closerie des Capucines in Arbois France. He brings over a decade of hospitality experience to Santé, which is now branching out into wine tours, with their first trip to Jura and Burgundy this May.

    Alessandra Bonafide

    Chef Alessandra is a Private Chef, Culinary Professional & Educator. Her professional culinary experience spans over seven years across high-end restaurants, small food businesses, and farm-to- table kitchens. Her work centers on supporting local farms, regenerative agriculture and sustainable initiatives through curated dining experiences that help connect people more deeply with the land, their communities, and themselves.

    Holding a Grand Diploma from the International Culinary Center in Manhattan, Alessandra specializes in Italian and French technique and cuisine, and honed her skills at esteemed establishments including Jean-Georges' restaurant The Mercer Kitchen and Food Network's Test Kitchen.

FAQ

    • A deposit equal to one night’s stay (or 50% for stays longer than 2 nights) is required at the time of booking.

    • A valid credit card authorization is required to confirm your reservation.

    • Cancel with full refund within 48 hours of booking

    • Cancel with 50% refund until 7 days before arrival and none thereafter

    • If you book within 7 days of arrival, the full cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.

    • For all other reservations, the remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to check-in.

    • Check in is at 3pm.

    • Check out is at 11am.

    • Early Check In and Late Check Out options are available to our guests for an additional fee. If you plan to utilize either of those upgrades to your stay, please let our staff know the approximate time you'd like to check in or out.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the farmhouse.

    • Generally, yes! However, this experience has been curated with adults in mind. Please reach out to stay@bloomfarm.com with any questions.

    • We are unable to provide cribs.

  • Most of the farmhouse dates back to the 1800s. The oldest part of the house, including our special wood-fired oven, dates back to 1760! Some additions were completed in 2007 and were constructed to blend seamlessly into the existing architecture. You may encounter some creaky floor boards during your stay – we consider this part of the charm of a historic farmhouse.

  • Bloom Farm is located in historic Oley, Pennsylvania, about 1 hour from Philadelphia and about 2.5 hours from New York City. The exact address will be provided upon booking.
