A Rooted Renewal
w/ Jayd Alvarez & Chrissy Lampert

Thursday, October 22 – Sunday, October 25, 2026
3-night all-inclusive stay

Rooted Renewal is an intentional immersion designed for women working in sustainability and impact who are experiencing burnout from emotionally intensive work.

The programming for this immersion is built around the body, nervous system and the Earth. It aims to draw on the restorative modalities that complement each other and speak directly to the particular kind of fatigue produced by working in sustainability and impact.

Rooted Renewal provides space to:

  • Regulate and restore emotional wellbeing

  • Reconnect with personal mission (“why”)

  • Share honest experiences in a safe, peer-based environment

  • Build resilience for long-term impact in the field

Sample programming for the Rooted Renewal weekend immersion included below in "Package Includes”. The full time-stamped agenda will be released closer to the retreat date.

The Rooted Retreat Shared Agreement
This retreat is not a conference, networking event, or professional development gathering. There are no panels, business cards, elevator pitches, or expectations to be "on"

We invite you to leave your title, organization, and professional identity at the door and arrive instead as the person beneath them. While many of us are united by our work in sustainability, this space is designed to honor who we are beyond what we do.

To support an environment of openness, connection, and authenticity, we ask participants to refrain from introducing themselves by their job title, company, or accomplishments. Instead, we encourage sharing from your lived experience, values, passions, and humanity.

**Please note that by signing up for this retreat, you agree to these social terms. Together, we will create a space where presence matters more than credentials, and where meaningful connection can emerge through the essence of who we are.**
