A versatile everyday oil with a toasted, nutty flavor. Perfect as a finishing oil with a smoke point high enough for any type of cooking. Pressed from disease-resistant hazelnut varieties bred to make this crop viable on the East Coast, part of a broader effort to bring hazelnuts back into our region's food system. Rich in vitamin E and good fats, nothing added.

Pantry by Bloom Farm exists to bring native perennial tree crops back into the way we eat. Hickory, hazelnut, and chestnut once fed this region for generations, then were pushed out by row crop agriculture and imported oils. We're building the infrastructure, from orchard to press, to bring these trees back into the food system, crop by crop, harvest by harvest.
