Celebration of Summertime
w/ Demo

Friday, August 22 – Sunday, August 24
2-night all-inclusive stay

Part of our summer dining residency series: Celebration of Summertime

We’re thrilled to host Chefs Quang “Q” Nguyen and Dina Fan of Demo for a weekend rooted in ingredient-forward cooking and refined, expressive technique.

Q began his cooking career 15 years ago, spending time in such restaurants as Momofuku Má Pêche, where he first met Dina Fan, ABC Kitchen, Cosme and Wildair. He helmed his first kitchen at the short-lived Cool World in Greenpoint and now oversees the food program with Dina at Demo in the West Village, NYC.

Dina began cooking 16 years ago in New York City, starting at En Japanese Brasserie. From there she would go on to Ma Pêche (where she would meet Q) then to Tertulia, before going overseas to spend time in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. Once back in New York, she has worked at many natural wine focused restaurants such as Hemlock, the Four Horsemen*, and Racines.

This immersive two-night stay includes two communal dinners by Q and Dina and a hands-on harvesting workshop centered around the seasonal ingredients that shape their menus.

Guests will enjoy time to roam the land, harvest from the garden, gather by the fire, and participate in optional hands-on food prep.

Farmhouse accommodations and all meals are included in your stay.

You may encounter some creaky floor boards during your stay – we consider this part of the charm of a historic farmhouse.
