Celebration of Summertime
w/ Chef Adam Lawrence

Friday, July 11th – Sunday, July 13th
2-night all-inclusive stay

Part of our summer dining residency series: Celebration of Summertime

Join us for a special weekend at Bloom Farm featuring chef and forager Adam Lawrence.

Adam has trained under some of the industry’s most respected chefs. Through years of studying wild foods from both land and sea, he began gathering notes and recipes that would grow into a manuscript. His time in the wilderness shaped both his perspective and his approach to haute cuisine sauvage, rooted in a deep respect for nature’s quiet resilience. As the gatherer and R&D chef at Saison***, Adam sourced exceptional ingredients and built systems to highlight each one’s unique character. His distinct style carried through the menus at Avery* and Osito*, and during his residency at Fulgurances Laundromat, he showcased the wild foods of the Northeast.

This weekend features two communal farm-to-table dinners by Adam, hands-on food experiences, and a Saturday afternoon foraging tour led by Adam.

Guests will enjoy time to roam the land, harvest from the garden, gather by the fire, and participate in hands-on food prep.

Farmhouse accommodations and all meals are included in your stay.

  • Most of the farmhouse dates back to the 1800s. The oldest part of the house, including our special wood-fired oven, dates back to 1760! Some additions were completed in 2007 and were constructed to blend seamlessly into the existing architecture. You may encounter some creaky floor boards during your stay – we consider this part of the charm of a historic farmhouse.
