Bountiful Oley: A Women’s Exploration of Regenerative Food Systems
w/ Leigh Cooper Swisher

Friday, June 12 – Sunday, June 14, 2026
2-night all-inclusive stay

Join us at Bloom Farm in the historic Oley Valley for a weekend immersion into regenerative agriculture, regional food systems, and community building.

We’ll spend the weekend diving into the beauty and bounty of the Oley Valley, visiting local producers, learning about their growing practices and why they matter for ecosystem and health, and enjoying early summer produce over leisurely meals.

Our home base will be Bloom Farm, a historic farmhouse and agroforestry project. We will be directly immersed in regenerative production - where trees, crops, flowers, and animals all grow together in a holistic system across the property.

Leigh will be your guide for the weekend. Passionate about bringing people together in support of local food systems, Leigh has been working in the regenerative agriculture space for 5+ years. Based in NYC, she is also a community organizer, creating events that spotlight regional producers and leading immersive weekends in the Hudson Valley.

You’ll leave the weekend with a deeper understanding of how and why our food is grown, a sense of reconnection to the land, learnings about how to support local food systems in your daily life, and new bonds with a likeminded group of women.

  • Most of the farmhouse dates back to the 1800s. The oldest part of the house, including our special wood-fired oven, dates back to 1760! Some additions were completed in 2007 and were constructed to blend seamlessly into the existing architecture. You may encounter some creaky floor boards during your stay – we consider this part of the charm of a historic farmhouse.
